Waist

To get your waist measurement, first bend to one side. This point-between your ribcage and hips-is your natural waistline. Wrap the measuring tape all the way around your waist, keeping it parallel to the floor and a little loose.

Hip

Measure around the fullest part of your hips.

Inseam

Start from the top inside of one leg and measure down to the floor.
